• "Content" includes images, video, audio, files, or materials provided or produced during a project.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services or have a parent/guardian or authorized representative consent on your behalf.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
• You agree to keep booking details, usage needs, and deliverables accurate and updated.
• If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

We may refuse service if eligibility or authority cannot be verified.

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from 361Studios.

• Late arrivals may shorten the session while full fees remain payable.
• Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

If we must reschedule, we will work with you to find the next available time.

Studio rentals are provided for creative production and related approved uses.

• Respect the space, equipment, and all staff instructions during the rental.
• No smoking, illegal activities, or unsafe behavior are permitted.
• Any additional equipment or crew must be disclosed in advance.
• You are responsible for returning the space in the condition it was received.

Damage or excessive cleanup may result in additional charges.

Our Services may include pre-production planning, on-set production, editing, post-production, and final delivery.

• Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined before production.
• Revisions are included only as specified in your agreement or package.
• Final delivery format, resolution, and timeline are determined by project scope.

Expedited delivery may require additional fees.

To ensure smooth delivery, clients must provide accurate information and required approvals.

• Provide complete creative briefs and reference materials in advance.
• Confirm participants, locations, and approvals for any third-party involvement.
• Secure rights or permissions for any client-supplied music, logos, or materials.

Delays caused by missing approvals or assets may impact delivery timelines.

Payments, deposits, and fees vary based on the Service or rental selected.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Final payment is due before or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional fees may apply for overtime, equipment usage, or special requests.

Invoices must be paid on time to avoid delivery or service delays.

Cancellation terms vary by service type and booking schedule.

• Deposits are typically non-refundable.
• Cancellations within a short window may result in partial or full charges.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Please review your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

Vouchers and promotions are subject to specific terms and may have limitations.

• Vouchers are redeemable only for eligible services and within stated timeframes.
• Promotions may be limited by availability or eligibility requirements.
• Vouchers and promos cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Misuse of vouchers or promos may result in invalidation.

Ownership and usage of delivered content are governed by your agreement and applicable law.

• Clients receive usage rights as specified in the project agreement.
• 361Studios retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party materials supplied by clients remain the client's responsibility.

Contact us for licensing or usage extensions beyond the original agreement.

We celebrate creative work and may showcase select projects with client permission.

• We seek consent before using identifiable content in marketing.
• Clients may request limited or delayed publication for sensitive projects.

If you wish to opt out of portfolio use, notify us in writing before production.

We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe working environment.

• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to end a session if safety is compromised.

In such cases, fees may remain due based on time and resources allocated.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for client-supplied materials or third-party failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Events include natural disasters, outages, strikes, or governmental actions.
• We will communicate as soon as practical and reschedule where possible.

No penalties apply for delays caused by force majeure events.
